I was extremely disappointed with the lack of proper service. The advertised parking situation was a complete mess. trying to find a spot was chaotic and frustrating. Additionally, the host's recommendations were poor, and the overall ambiance felt disappointing, leaving us questioning our choice to stay.

The Riad features beautiful architecture and a lovely rooftop terrace, perfect for watching the sunset. Ayoub truly stood out, providing personalized service and even packing breakfast for an early departure. The room was comfortable and clean, making it feel like a home away from home. However, the breakfast options were somewhat limited, and I faced minor issues with the AC, requiring a late-night room change. The location felt a bit overwhelming at times, especially navigating the Medina as a solo female traveler due to unwanted attention from some locals.

A tranquil oasis amidst the bustling streets, the Riad offered a refreshing dip in the pool, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Clean and well-appointed rooms added comfort, though we did face a minor setback with the AC that required a room change late at night. Ishmael and the team were super friendly and made sure our breakfast was just how we liked it, even with no fresh fruit on the table. The lovely sun terrace and refreshing pool were perfect spots to relax during the day. Just a heads-up that navigating the entrance can be a bit tricky, so keep an eye out when you arrive! 😊

Our stay was absolutely delightful! The staff went above and beyond, especially Ayoub, who provided excellent recommendations and even lent us some cash for a taxi. The gorgeous rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views, while the breakfast was a delicious start to our day. My only downside was that the stairs to our room were a bit of a challenge.
